I have Eibach sportline springs in my 91 Camaro and the front is pretty low. There is barely enough room to put one finger between the top of the tire and the lip of the fender. I need to know if a set of Hooker full length 1 3/4" primaries will fit without being crushed. I would like to run them and a Mufflex 3.5 or 4" cat back and thier y-pipe. Has anyone had any experiance with the setup?

I've been wondering the same thing, and bad camaro rs has the setup you are talking about, but his car isn't lowered. I want to lower mine aobut 1.5", but I'd like to know what the clearance issues are with full length hookers...

Here's the thread with some pictures of bad camaro rs's setup:

Jason, I tried that set-up recently with Eibach Pro's. Broke my heart. It's the ultimate 3rd gen exhaust, but the collectors, and Y-pipe were just too low. It's great at stock ride height, but with a lowered car I was banging the Y-pipe at every dip, and I was as careful as possible. The Sportlines are even lower. Anyway, I went back to my old SLP Tri-Y's which are Calif smog legal, and don't scrape.
Congratulations on your '69 today!!
Do you still have your Red Calif IROC?
