What size Cats to get?

What size Cats to get?
My '89 GTA has dual cats...I bought the SLP catback (for dual cat setups), and I plan on eventually getting SLP 1 3/4" headers in the not too distant future. I need to buy 2 new cats and I don't know what size to get. Can I buy cats now that will fit on my car now AND after I buy the headers? Should I buy the same sizes as my stock ones? What size are they? 2.25in/2.5out? I don't even know. help

I think they are 2.25 in/out, I decided to go with 2.5 in/out, but I think the SLP headers have 2.25 inch pipes to the cats so I'll pry have to do some pipe work, but it shouldn't be that big a deal
BTW I went with Catco from Summit for like 120 for the pair
