Best Exhaust, best sounding, loudest?

Alright, I want something loud. Not rice loud, American Domestic sounding loud. Whats the best muffler to get installed, already went with Dynomax ceramic coated headers with 1 5/8 in. primaries, 3 in. out.

Flowmaster American Thunder are pretty loud. My friend has them on his '89 IROC 350. They sound really hollow (gutted cat though) and they crackle/pop a lot. If you really wan't loud go with no muffler

Straight pipes, no cats. Or no cats and *insert your favorite muffler here*. Also, a cat with no muffler sounds pretty tough, IMO. Flowmaster 80 series is probably your best bet for a loud F-body muffler.

go with a high flow cat with 3" connecting pipe into flowmaster 40 series. it will be loud. not the loudest, but it will sound awesome.

i was going to go with Borla for my car *putting in a 406* but after reviewing the flow #'s with Borla, Flowmaster and Dynomax and all the others.. Borlas were just BARELY better then flowmasters. so im going to just go with a new 40 Series muffler for less then $100 vs Borla's for $525 *jegs/summit* i know u dont care about flow #'s.. but im just trying to save u a few $$.. as far as loud.. with my 40 series flowmasters now.. its loud... the only louder i have heard is with a straight pipe and no muffler or just open headers *saw some flames too *
