What does the N10 option do?
My understanding is that this option gives you 2 catalytic converters.
What exactly does having 2 catalytic converters mean for me?

Also the dual-cat y-pipe is better than the single-cat y-pipe.

In simple terms it gave 10hp for dual cat setup.
