converting to dual cats worth it on built 350?

I'm currently building my replacement for my 305 TPI for my '86 Z. I already have a 3" borla catback, but need to know if changing to dual cat's is worth it performance/dollar wise. I got enough $$$ floating in my motor as is, but I need to decide on my replacement choice on the cat and I will be buying headers soon. I know they exist, who even sells those headers? Trying to go for 450HP on motor, realistically 400-420. Any suggestions are appreciated. FYI: I am not using air injection. Thanks
