best exhaust

I was GOING to get the SLP cat back exhaust this month, but decided not to because it exits dual on the drivers side...
I want an exhaust that exits on both sides, is loud, and good performance...
I have a 1989 305 5spd G92 (dual cats)...
the dual cats is obviously holding me back from getting the hooker cat back...
Any suggestions!?
btw, i dont wanna spend over 500 bucks for the borla...
thanks
(price range anywhere up to $400)

uhhh no help for the dual cats guy?

[edit] or does anyone have a picture of the slp cat back installed...
i'm havin' trouble deciding, b/c i know SLP makes a cat back for my car, and i've only heard good things about it. I just prefer the dual exhaust exit.

just get the hooker and have an eaust shop weld it to the dual cat Y pipe for $35. Or cut off the flange, go to Pep boys, and get some clamps and pipes.

It won't bolt on, but an exaust shop can fix it. SLP should give more power but I don't dig the 2 on the left design.

Hey I happen to like my same side dual outlet! But I think it looks weird on a Camaro maybe it's the square bumper instead of the rounded one on my Firebird I don't know.

Get Flowmasters, part# 17228. It is complete from the dual cats back, 3" intermediate pipe, dual polished 3" exhaust tips that exit on opposite sides. Price from Summit Racing was $353. Sounds to me like this is what you're looking for!!

I would definately go with the Hooker Cat-back. Comes with dual exit chrome dual tip pipes. Looks and sounds awesome. There is a sound clip in a recent post.

I would look at the Flowmaster systems. Jegs has the Force II setup for dual cats p/n: 389-17150 for $229.99. I have one of their American Thunder systems and I love it. It has a great sound and very good performance.
