New tips, need opinions

I have a '85 TA with a 80 series flowmaster. Right now I have the dual stock turndowns with chrome tips. I would like to put quad tips staight out the back(no turndown, parallel with street) or dual tips(3" or better) straight out the back. Which do you think is better looking on the '85 TA's, the turndowns, the duals, or the quads?

I know a guy who has an '85 T/A with quad tips - they look sharp on that car. I've thought about doing that myself. I currently have dual 3" slash tips, and like them too.

I was gonna get quad tips but after going to midas and seeing their 3.5" angle cut tips, I forgot all about the quads.

I like my 3 1/2" rolled edge tips. They're Magnaflow stainless steel, 18" long, with a 15* angle. Much better looking IMHO than 45* angle cut tips.

With the rolled edge, it's obvious they're there from any way you look at them, plus they don't look like they're huge. The ID of the rolled edge is more like 3" - 3 1/4" so to me, they don't look monsterous.

Thanks for the replies and pics.
AJ_92RS and Schultzy: Where did you get the tips and how did you run them on the car? 2 90' elbows out of the muffler and then straight pipes or something different?
Thanks again.
Any more opinions and pics?

All I did was cut the tailpipes that came with my Dynomax kit and lined it up so the tips are where they are now.

I got my tips from a guy on Ebay, but you can get them from any place that carries Magnaflow or Borla stuff. Just go to the websites and get the part numbers.
