and you wont either, ive called them to see if i could get a replacement ypipe for there emission legal headers, and they said they stopped producing them being they were not big sellers. I was told by there tech department, and customer service to get the flowmaster y-pipe, and have something custom made... thats coming from the mouths of the people at dynomax. if you have better luck with them let me know. cuz my dynomax ypipe needs to be replaced like no other...

this is total bull$hit. i didnt even pull the stupid things out of the box yet. cheap homos, its all about money to them, not customer service...anyway i really dont wanna spend like 100 on the flowmaster one to turn around and shell out more money to have something custom done. wouldnt it just be cheaper to have the whole y-pipe custom made?

Yea...... just get this

and have the shop run pipes off the collectors to it. It'll make their life much easier which will result in a better install.

AJ thats what i told him to get, thats like 45$ or something, plus another MAYBEE 30 for any shop to weld up 2.5/3.0 pipes to it, its not a big deal..... Dont worry you will only end up spend like 80$ tops for a complete flowmaster ypipe to be done up for u

Sorry. Didn't know that's the one you were talking about.

I would think it would be pretty easy for a shop to do. It looks as if the ends are already flared for slip-fit over the pipes coming off the headers.

It may cost you a few more pennies to get some collector flanges for the guy(s) to attach to the headers and weld off of, but once those are put on, and the y-collector is in place, it should take them a whopping 15 minutes to bend up some 2-1/2" pipe and weld it in there. :lala:
