Hooker long tubes and y-pipe

Hooker long tubes and y-pipe

Does anyone know the part number for the hooker super comp long tubes with the ceramic caoting? Also where can I get the mufflex y-pipe and the part number for that?

The headers part number is 2210 and the y pipe part number from mufflex is TPI-Y , thats with out the 02 sensor the one with the o2 sensor is TPI-Y 02

from my experience, the mufflex y pipe doesnt fit worth a ****.....looks like im gonna have to pay an exhaust shop to hack it up and bend some tubes tighter for me

Well I have 2 custom exhaust specialists right down the street from me so would I be better of getting them to make me up one? Also isnt the 2210 number just for the regular long tube or is that for the ceramic coated one aswell?

For the y-pipe do i just order a 4th gen long tube y-pipe? I havent seen any for 3rd gens only ones for lt-1s

keep lookin at mufflex site, there is a one for 3rdgens. actually theres 2 for 3rd gens becuzo ne comes with o2 sensor holes and the other does.

Yea but i heard that one sucked so Im trying to stay away from the mufflex one. Thunder racing has one but they dont have a price or anything they just show pics

I haven't had a chance to get under the car and take any pictures of it installed but it fits really good. It is a tad low to the ground. The lowest point is 3-1/2" away.

Here is a picture of just the y-pipe (not installed, obviously)

Well, I would email him first just to make sure that he can do it. Just so you know, you will need to have the rest of the system custom made. I was lucky enough to find an intermediate pipe from a 3" system and the guy that I had finish it just cut off the part that goes to the converter. I will try to get more pictures so you can see what i'm talking about.

Well I already have a flowmaster cat-back so cant i just cut of the part that goes to the cat and use that?
