Everyone here will probably tell you that it is going to be sooo loud! I however, don't think it will be. But it all depends on your combo, what are you running?

if you have headers and no cat: really loud

headers and a cat: kinda loud

manifolds and cat: moderately loud.. enough to get attention when you rev it, but you can be at a light next to a cop without him staring you down.

really depends on what you have for a motor and what the exaust before it is... manifolds and cats muffle the sound alot more then straight pipe and headers

It really does depend on your engine/combo like everyone else has stated. I have two cars. One has L98,(cam, runners, mild upgrades etc.) with hedman headers and no cat. It's moderately loud.

My other car is a 305 TPI ( AFR heads, big cam, miniram, paxton etc.) with slp headers(larger than the hedmans) and no cat. This car is almost too loud to have a conversation with anyone while driving.

I love my american thunder alot. You just have to break it in and let the fiberglass get packed in and it will sound alot better.

I myself have never heard 'em on a Camaro in person, but my dad put them on his '92 Mustang 5.0 and they sound great. They give the car almost a stock car kind of sound (real "hollow" sound at idle, and a real loud harsh kind of sound a WOT) I'd be willing to bet you'll be happy with the kit when you get it.

I have one on my lt1 and it's really loud inside the car. At highway speeds it gets on my nerves. I have to turn the stereo up real high to even hear it. I plan to get a different muffler very soon. A friend has a spintech with 4" pipes and is quieter than mine. I use factory manifolds and a gutted cat. The gutted cat probably makes it louder.

I would change it to a Spintech too. You'll won't believe you ears....the sound is sooo sweet, not loud at all inside though.
