Plugged Convertor?

I know my convertor is kindof jacked, cuz it does rattle a little bit inside. My question is would it cause a slight hesitation or stumble once it gets hot if it's obstructing the exhaust? I'm trying to pinpoint that problem and I've already put new cap, coil, rotor, wires, and plugs on her. Still, it stumbles a little after getting to temperature.

I had a plugged cat a while back. Didn't cause a stumble. You couldn't tell it was plugged till you tried to get on it. After about 2500 RPMs it would fall on its face. The motor sounded like it was trying to do something but I got slower and slower.
