How much $ do you think it will run?

Ok, I am putting on Headman Headers and a y pipe with a 3 inch collector on my new motor. I have a 3 inch catco sitting here to go on. I want a shop to install the cat, Run 3 inch with an inline Dynomax Bullet muffler, Then split it like a SLP loudmouth setup and run tips out the back. If I buy the muffler how much do you think they'll charge? This shop charged $231 to put duals under my dads truck.

Also does this sound like a good setup? I've heard dual Bullets on my friends 71 Pickup And I think it would sound sweet...Any opinions. The motor is goin to be a mild 350 for now. Maybe 325-340 hp

i was charged 130 for Midas to weld up what i clamped and made 1 hanger.... i got ripped in the rear big time. The reused 2 of the 3 hangers i made... and 100 in labor.... i got ripped major time. Please, shop around. That or get some friends with a welder!

i have that same cat on my car. a 3 in OD pipe from a muffler shop should fit right inside nice. THEY actualy gave me 2 9in pipes for free, but jacked me up 130 for a couple of welds.... BS..

Some shops will cut you a pretty sweet deal if you pay straight cash

Welder is not a problem....We have a MIG and an Arc welder....Its just I dont have 3 inch pipe and I need them to fab it all up. I figured catback duals on a longbed with that split pipe and everything inclduing tips was 231. And that included them welding some clamps before the cat, I dont think they would charge too much more for my car...Less pipe, More fab...But oh my do they do awesome work...After seein the duals on my dads I knew it was worth the money to let a shop do it!

I dont want to deal with all the fab work, Plus They do mandrel bends and they have a lift... I fabbed up my last exhaust and the hassel was too much...If It was just installing a pre made catback I would do it right away...
