Tranny crossmember problem with true duals.

look under your car at the framerails ant the tranny fluid pan and you will see why nobody makes one for automatics, there is about 1 1/2 inches of clearance to put your crossmember and pipes, i dont think that is happening unless you move the whole subframe(not happening) so, if you have anautomatic, you are screwed into going under the crossmember. look in the longtube f.a.q at the beginning of this forum to see how to go under the crossmember
p.s. the pic you put up of the underside is not an f body, it is a g body, which has a full frame and does not have to worry about subframes

a crossmember like that aint happening in an f body

Hey you check over at www.manicmotor.com they say they have crossmember that will work with dual exhaust.It's worth a try

Hey dude you can adjust things so as not to lose all your ground clearance. Where is ****** anyway? If you aren't too far from ******** maybe you can make it to a club meeting sometime and I will show you my setup.
