Gutted 80 Seires

ok i got sick of how crappy my 80 seires sounded and i have had it off my car for about 6 months now so i decided to fix the sound. gutted the dam thing. here's an alright sounding clip, i only had access to a mini tape recorder.

Gutted

i'll try to get some vids maybe that will have better sound

why didn't you just throw a straight pipe on there? you could have sold that to someone...

i did have one on and this sounds alot different and i keep the dual tips. and i didn;t want the muffler and it was starting to get rusty and the outlets were a little beat up from me taking the tail pipes out several times

theres no fiberglass or insulation in any of the flowmaster 40, or 80 series mufflers, they use physics to eliminate the bad sound, and enlighten the good sound of the exhaust.

Didnt know if you were referring to my post or not....but to clarify...I meant his muffler sounds like my Dynomax that I took my fiberglass packing out of. The inside of my muffler looks like a straight pipe with curved holes to make the air flow more freely. I simply took out the insulation...now it kinda sounds like a cross between the Flowmaster and a Spintech...lol

OH ok, thats cool. The way you worded it kinda made it sound like you meant you removed the insulation in a flowmaster, sorry dude.
