Which brand headers have the best plug clearance?

I'm running AFR 190's with L98 angle plugs. Which headers have the best clearance. My current Edelbrocks are horrible on the passenger side...can't even see the back 2 plugs. Hooker/Hedman(short or lt's) SLP's What brand have you guys had the best experience with? TIA

I personally had flowtechs on the car and plug clearance was pretty tight and number 8 was a bitch due to the design of the header.

My Hooker 2460 shorties have a lot more room but I'm also running a NGK plug which is shorter than a traditional AC Delco.

I'm extremely happy with my Hooker shorties. I never should have wasted the money on those flowtechs :nono:

I agree. Biggest mistake I have made on my car. I cannot wait for the day when they get ditched.

#8 is tough. So is #3 or #5 to get anything on to tighten it, I forget which one. I've been happy with them for what I paid for them. They did their job. They're better than manifolds and my stock y-pipe was ruined. I built and engine and put those on them while I work the kinks out, but this summer I will replace them when I replace the heads and intake.
