Cheap Hi-Flow Catalytic

I was wondering, where could I go to get a cheap hiflow catalytic converter. I already checked ebay and found a few however they won't ship to Canada. Does anyone know of a brand of Catalytic that is cheaper then the rest but still reliable? I need to get something on my car soon as the smell is driving me nutz.

Thanks

Thats the same auction I was looking at, but since I'm getting chrome tips, I'll have to settle for a gutted cat for now.
