Cutout and E-check?

Will the E-check people freak out if they see and electric cutout before your cat?

E-check is emissions check. Here in ohio they call it E-check. Thanks for the reply.

Will they be okay if it is after the cat or am I screwed either way?

what fun is the cut-out after the cat, the whole point of the cut-out it to eleminat exaust restriction, the big restrection here, is the cat.

As long as you have a Cat installed and pass the the other Emission tests. E-Check personnel could care less about a cutout or for that matter or what it is.
