Room for cutout ahead of cat? Quick Reply please
Hey my exhaust is being installed right now. Here's what I have.
Coated Hooker 2055s
Coated Y-pipe for 2055s
Coated Summit 3 inch cutout
3 inch in + out catco cat
Hooker catback for 83-?
My father just told me the mechanic said it wouldn't fit in front of the cat. I do not have subframe connectors. The cat is universal. The exhaust from the y-pipe back is 3 inches. I thought there were people on this board that have mounted a cutout in front of the cat.
Thanks

Very nice setup.
I've waited more then a year for this exhaust to go on. My car cannot accelerate well with an LG4, the only fun I can have it hearing it at the drag strip with open headers. I'm willing to skip school to get this right. I enjoy school at this moment, watergate, supply and demand laws, pinochet taking over Chile in 73, I find this interesting. Sorry, I'm just trying to get my point across of how eager I am to get this done properly.
If anyone else has more pictures of the cutout before the cat, please post them, or e-mail them to me.
