I am in the process of removing all the smog crap too. Here I a very helpful link.

And in order to get rid of the ac you have to buy a ac delete pulley. You might be able to get a different size belt but I don't know anything about that. Here is the #for the ac delete pully pn 10055890 gmpartsdirect.com

well my friend, instead of people giving you the DO A SEARCH phrase i`ll be cool and give you a complete run through of what you`re going to need.First off don`t worry about throwing any codes you won`t so here we go.

The things you`re going to need.
1.a new serpentine belt.i believe it`s a kb967 belt it`s been awhile.
2. 8 1/4 inch brass pipe plugs, any home depot or true value should have them.
3.ALOT of patience(sp?)time isn`t a problem ,maybe any hour at most.

i don`t have to tell you how to take off the smog pump ,we have a tech article on that.it`s easy so no worries.

i`ll try to get some pics of people with everything connected to give you a bit of a run thru as to how to do it step by step.her`s what it will look like when it1s finished.

that looks pretty good, but will removing all this make the ses light come on all the time and also for the a.c all i would need is an a.c delete pulley and then i can pull it out?
