sugesstions?

i ordered some flowtech shorties the other day but they dont have the A.I.R. system on them can i some how take the tubes and stuff from the stock headers and jus tap those in to my new ones or should i just buy headers with the A.I.R. system on em already?? thanks

The best thing to do would be to return the headers and save yourself some money. They won't last and there isn't much point in trying to add on to them. If you need your AIR then buy a set of headers that already has it implemented into them. There is nothing good about the flowtech shorties other than price. When you have to replace them in a year the money you saved in the first place suddenly doesn't seem worth it. I hate my flowtech headers in case you didn't catch that.

They have very small tubes and collectors, which seriously limits the power you can make with them, they dont have AIR tubes (as you just found out) and from what I've been hearing, are poorly made. If they aren't warped when you get them, they will be shortly after installation.

IMO, the way you should go if you want good headers that have AIR tubes, is with the Hooker 2055's. I think Hedman might make a version of the 68470 with AIR tubes, but I'm not sure. I have Hedman 68470s, and they dont have tubes or O2 spot. SLP makes really nice, emitions-legal headers as well, but they are not cheap.
