LT1 intake, ported heads, and 3.73's , but which headers now?

LT1 intake, ported heads, and 3.73's , but which headers now?
I'm thinking either Hooker 2055's or LT's. Now would I benefit by getting 350 headers with all the extra flow or would it not matter because the block is still a 305 and it would be too much?
I want to lower my car 1" and 1" only. Will LT's be a problem even with that low of a drop? If so, then forget LT's.
