Autozone header gaskets?
My header manifold gasket snapped in a million pieces when I went to take my exhaust off so now I need a new one for my Hedman long tubes. I can't seem to get a part number, and I know if I can't find it then no way in hell will the guys there find it.

With my hedman long tubes i used the 3 piece felpro ones and they sealed up nicely ill edit my post with a part number if i can find it.
fel-pro # MS9275B
Mr gasket also makes a few different flavors of gaskets too and most shops around here will stock both felpro and mrgasket.

Josh
I'd highly recomend buying the Mr Gasket gaskets that AutoZone has, they're grey/black, should be like 20 bucks or something for the set, i've got them on my engine with the l/t's and they seem to be doing quite fine, and they look strong too.

Alright, I just have a feeling I'm going to walk in there and they'll be jackasses as usual. One guy looked at my car and insisted I had rear drums! I'm like "I see rotors and calipers".

Were they behind the counter or on the shelves? I couldn't find it on the website to get a part number unfortunately.

depends on the store dude....
drum hill = all the spectre and mr gasket stuff is behind the counter.... probably cause its right near Lowell and theres a VERY large "*****" (Not just IMPORT, but true *****) population there, and unfortunatly, i'm sure that "High performance parts" (Ya know, blue air filters, wire covers, etc.) would be a fairly popular item to "pocket"
Just be like "Hey i need the mr gasket header gaskets for a smallblock chevy, they're thick and black and on a cardboard sheet with plastic over them."
if they cant figure that out, then......wow. lol
it should just say "smallblock chevy" or something on it, NOT the LT1 one, but just smallblock chevy......Not specific for any vehicle, so if they try to look it up on the computer, just tell them its a "universal" part.
if ya cant find them there, get your *** up to this end of Massachusetts and we'll hit up the junkyards and parts stores. LOL

That's so U can take your shoes off and still get 100 "foot" traction when pressing the throttle pedal. Worth at least 2 to 3 tenths....isn't it?

DEFINITELY!!!
Dont forget about the bike racks (wings) that the ricers put on... all that down force on the on the back end of the car for the front wheel drive is also worth at least another 20hp.
