Allen head stainless steel 3/8" thread 3/4" length bolts. I can get my headers in and out in 5 minutes a side.

Might try taking the header off and rethreading all the bolts starting with the last two first. Don't tighten them down all the way, though... or else it will be impossible to thread the rest of them correctly. Tighten them down in a series, one by one, until all of them are completely tight.
My 2055s came with 7/16" bolts, so I used a combonation wrench to get at them from the top. The starter gets in the way from the bottom, and even if you take it out, it's still easier to get from the top. Just keep at it and you'll get it.

somebody also recommended using a piece of rubber hose that fits tightly over the header bolts, i think with all these ideas i can surely make one of them work, ill try and see what happens.

Tighten the bolts in order from the inside out. Thread them all loosely, then start at the center 2 primaries and work out.

Or, you could just simply unbolt the trans mount to the crossmember and jack up the back of the trans. This will give you some clearance to tightened the back bolt.

i can get to the 2nd from the back header bolt and turn it, but when i turn it the bolt wont start for nothing. I have turned it for an hour and it will go sideways when i start turning it. I loosend the header up and still couldnt get it to start. Its hard getting to it and when i do the bolt wont start. This is probably the most frustrating thing ever on my car. I can rebuild a 350 and put it in my car but i cant get my back two heade bolts on, This sucks.

Is there anything in the hole stopping the bolt from going in? Maybe just remove the bolts and install the rears first so you can change the angle of the headers so you'll have more room to work? There aren't really any tips to it, just grinding sockets so they fit in there.
