"loud exhaust" straight pipe would fill that bill, you didn't specify anything but loud; cut it off after the cat and let it run open. If you just want a muffler, I have a rhino performance muffler that sounded killer when I used to run cat back. It's the stock shape with stock tips on it.

Hooker shorties and y pipe make me happy, I'm not sure about my 80 yr old neighbors, they hafta hear the engine test start everyday on this project.I have flowmaster catback with a super 40 but I haven't hooked it up yet. Sure it'll be pretty loud though.

Well my neighbors are nice and I'm sure if it was that bad they would say something. I also try to keep the garage door shut to stop the sound but I think it is effecting my own hearing.

long tubes, car chemistry inserts with straight pipes all the way back.. thats sort of what i have.. but i have the car chemistry "mufflers" which are just the inserts in a muffler casing.. gives it almost an open headers kind of loud..

but instead run no cats and put a y-pipe just after the axle and run two pipes with two mufflers and stock tips if you want loud and stock looking

Check your state laws for D.O.T regulations before you do something that youll have to fix in the future......I hate emissions in NY

Thanks, its a Comp Cams 306S.. its massive for a flat tappet.. heres some specs:
solid flat tappet
306* adv. duration
260* at .050"
.592" int/.555" exh (int lift with 1.6 ratio rocker, same as exh with 1.5)
110 LSA
3000-7000 RPM range
needs at least 10.5:1, headers, intake, low gear, 3000+ stall or manual, etc
nice idle but gas mileage is on the downside.. you gotta give one to get the other.. the rest of my motor specs are in my VBGarage..

Delete the cats and just use 3" pipe back to a Dynomax race muffler, race magnum, ultraflow, whatever they call them now. I'd get the 6" round muffler and it'll sound good.
