where to buy hooker headers?

Just like the title ask, where can I buy hooker 2055 headers? I want the non ceramic coated ones. They aren't on jegs, or summit. I looked on ebay, and did a google search, all I get is people saying they have them and talking about them.

Re: where to buy hooker headers?

Well dang, I did a search for hooker 2055 and all that came up was the ceramic ones. Thanks for the link, I'll be buying them asap.

I'm on a tight budget, and i simply don't have the money for the coated ones.

Why not wait another month or so for it to be in your budget?

Re: where to buy hooker headers?

I just bought a 350 to put in place of the 305, and it will be much easier to do the headers when the engine gets put in. I am doing it in auto shop at school and there isn't time to wait to get more money. I still have to wait a week to buy a cam.

Re: where to buy hooker headers?

Id hold off on breakin the new engine in on your new headers

Run the stock manifolds or some old rustys for a few hundred miles

Re: where to buy hooker headers?

I thought it was only ceramic coated ones that could get damaged in the break in.
