shortie or full length?
im planning on running open headers. yes i have emissions but testing is only every 2 years. im guessing the manifolds are welded to the y pipe? i would cut, unbolt the the y pipe, bolt the headers on, run em till emissions next year then rebolt/weld the factory crap back on to pass. so my question is shorties or full lenght deliver better performance?

Open headers = headache city. Also reduced power, especially with shorties.
The y-pipe isn't welded to the manifolds, it's bolted to them.
