'87 IROC SBC (5.7L) T56 swap Exhaust HELP ME

I'm not sure what to do with my exhaust. I have not ordered a single thing but have the money for it. I Also have a T56 6 speed installed. What would be a perfect exhaust set up? I need some serious help!! Is there anyone out there that has the T56 swap and long tubes out there? or if i can't do long tubes what are my other options?

well it depends on your motor, if its stock, or mild, then a single 3" would be great. "perfect, i'd say true duals w/ an x-pipe, but hey thats me. i have a t56 w/ longtubes hooker 2210's, and the sphoon x-member, the exhaust is marginal at best, a custom 2.5" y-pipe, with dual cats making it extra awkward under the car, to a 3" single, to a dynomax ultraflow single in single out. its real deep at idle (zz4 crate motor w/ hsr), and gets pretty loud, its my dayly driver, and i feel bad for the neigbors at midnight lol, but its not like wow thats loud. it flows wel, but the cats kinda choke it off. i will be switching to true duals as soon as i figure out how i want to run them, cant dacide if i want them to dump b4 of after the rear wheels....

The car is a mild build. Only making 423hp/403 ft/lbs. (5.7litre) Is there a good flowing set of shorties out there? i might have to skimp out on my exhaust alittle bit due to other costs on the car. I really wish i could find a used set of 22010's out there...cuz brand new they are $500 and then you still gotta pay shipping. I want to do 3.5" single all the way back. I want the collector on the header to be 3"....so how would i order the Y-pipe? This stuff is pretty new to me, especially on camaro's. Before this camaro i had a 3000gt, and before that i had a 2nd gen that already had 2.5" true dual. Thank you guys, you have been a real help!

I need to get my exhaust within a month i think. or maybe alittle over a month. I am interested though. what price are you wanting? i know brand new the headers are $500...then 11 bucks for handling through summit. I would be happy with just the headers for now. You got pics? If you do you can send them to YoungJordan23@Hotmail.com put in the subject "CAMARO" Or something so it will get passed my junk filters safely lol Man if this works out through you, i would be so greatful!! let me know!

well, the headers are not coated, and they have a couple dents by the collecter, not too bad, they have surface rust on the collectors, again not bad. i dont have pics of the headers now, but ill send the rest of he exhasuts. yeah, by the end of the month would work, im still weighing my options on what i wanna do exactly. headman lt's are only 150 from jegs, and they have 1.5" more ground clearance, and the primarys are 1 5/8, instead of 1 3/4. price i honestly have no idea, certainly not 500 bucks lol, im not lookin to make money, i just wanna be able to do most of my exhaust w/ it. http://s272.photobucket.com/albums/j...186548/Camaro/ there are pics there, yeah cats... dang emissions county i live in.... oh, and i took care of the welds, they have high temp silver paint on um now

ok that works. hit me up when you come up with a price. also if you can, take a few pics of the dents so i can see them. The 2210's have a 3" collector right? i have the money ready when you are. don't forget about me haha i am doing a ground up performance overhaul on my car and any money i can save is so appreciated!!
