Different Header Question
OK. I'm probably asking a lot, but which header is the easiest to install, is durable and will make decent power on a lightly modded L98? I've done a search and it seems like most folks tout SLPs. Are they still king? Will I need a new Y-pipe? Thanks!

Re: Different Header Question
So no more SLPs. Do the Hookers need a Y-pipe, or will they bolt to the existing one? Thanks again!

Re: Different Header Question
if you have the money, look up DynoDon here on the boards, he sells headers that are pretty much "improved version" of the slp's, 1.75 primaries, with the clearance problems fixed and a much better y-pipe. Im sure they are not cheap, but they look very nice, and they are coated

Re: Different Header Question
Thanks for the replies! I don't think I need 1 3/4" primaries on a stock L98 though, or do I? I'll definitely look into the Hookers and check the classifieds.
