ok i broke down, i eventually wanted to take out all of my emissions stuff but after MUCH disscusion i realized it would be easier and better to just stay with the emissions stuff. SO! i am looking for a nice set of emissions headers that are chromed out, and preferably shorty's. anyone have some suggestions of where to start looking? thanks! and i couldn't find them on ebay, am i just dumb or do they just not have much to pick from?!

Check with Dyno Don on the Southern Cali Area board. He's the only on that makes an 1 3/4 shorty emissions headers for third gens.

 

Jet hot sells the Hooker 2055 50-state emission legal shorties, with their Sterling coat (Much better than chrome but buffs out to look like chrome), shipped to Utah from their shop in California was $825.00 (as of 3 weeks ago when I called). It's not on their website though, you'll need to actually call them. To buy the headers from Summit ($450.00 or so) and have them coated by jet hot ($250 for the headers and $15.00 per foot for the Y-pipe) saved roughly $50.00.
