v6 header question

hi, i have a 1992 rs with a 3.1 v6 and a 5-speed, my problem is i am trying to find headers for it but i have so far been very unsuccessful. I saw that pacesetter makes headers for the 2.8, 3.4, and 3.8, but unfortunatly didnt see any for my 3.1. Does anyone know where there is a decent set for my 3.1? Or if maybe the 3.4 headers will fit on the 3.1 engine? thanks i appreciate it

Re: v6 header question

The pacesetter headers for the 2.8 should work fine.

Re: v6 header question

Much like 305, 327, 350, 400 SBC's

60* V6s have the same externals
2.8, 3.1, 3.4

That means exhaust will interchange

3.8 is a different animal and the headers will not fit

If you have the AIR pipe in the passenger's side manifold, forget it. You won't find headers with the AIR bung...

Re: v6 header question

Actually you can order the pacesetters with or without the AIR tubes

Not like the AIR system is that difficult to delete anyways
Alot of factory cars even had the delete pulley
