Re: Smell from exhaust
there are so many possibilities... some brands of fuel (Shell) and oil (old) even smell different. has the car been worked on lately?

I'd have to say that 100 LL is the best smelling gas. Not that it's street legal or nething, do you have a cat installed? It'll stink if you don't have a cat.

Re: Smell from exhaust
maybe he's right but I'd start with the simplest and cheapest things first like a good tune-up

Re: Smell from exhaust
I have the same smell and I don't think it's normal, it almost smells like it's leaking fuel but the only leak I have is some black watery residue that's dripping from my exhaust and unless it's been running for awhile it's kinda pumping out grey smoke, not a lot but enough to notice, and my driveway has stains from the exhaust leaking. I'm a first time owner and learning this as I go anyone know what this is?
