yes they are. they come with the 3" y pipe. i just installed these on my 88 t/a last saturday. i love it. woke the sleeping beast right up.

The only issue you'll have is you need the heat stove pipe on the driver's side header that goes up to the air cleaner on a TBI car, for emissions reasons. Any piece of pipe welded on there will work, its not special.

Is the install on these very difficult? Do I have to jack the motor up? what needs to be removed? I'd prefer to not have to remove much

check out the thread "those with hooker 2055's, come on in" i just did an install write up on it. for "MY" experience. everycar is going to install different but all the guidelines are in that thread
