dougs header leaking
i have dougs longtubes on my zz 383 crate motor which are d port heads. the drivers side is all good doesnt leak at all. the passenger side has a small leak on the passenger side. so the d port heads matching up to a square port header, what would be the best gasket to get. i am not going to double layer a two gaskets either. would a d port gasket better to get or a square port? who makes the best gasket too?

Re: dougs header leaking
I have Dyno Dons 1 7/8 headers and do not leak. Use copper gaskets. You need to tighten the bolts after a few miles. Mine leaked at first.

Re: dougs header leaking
I use the d port heds and DOug's l/t headers with no problems. Use the D port gaskets for D port heads.
