Help! Need header options for 350/MT
Help! Need header options for 350/MT
Hey, been busy swapping a 350 in the place of my buddys 2.8L in his 84. Car has the T5 manual trans. (Yes, we know the trans is weak and wont last long, he just wants it in there to keep the car driveable until he can afford an aftermarket trans.)
Problem is, he also wants LT headers, picked up a pair of Hedman 68460, w/o realizing that they dont work with manual transmissions. Went to bolt everything together, and no go. Can anyone help us out with some long tube options? Thanks for any help!

im pretty sure hooker#2210 lt headers will work! Dougs also make lt headers that are supposed to be the same thing as the 2210's but a little cheaper! check out summit for them!

If you find out that the hooker 2210s will fit, then by all means, go for the Dougs long tubes. They can be had for quite a bit cheaper and IMO the coating on them is better.
