Trying to Figure a full Bolt in Exhaust

So my 1991 GTA's cats finally broke apart. They both make tons of noise and its time to replace them. Well I'm planning on getting headers cats and possibly salvaging the cat back. I want to make this as easy as possible while keeping all the stock setup (dual cats, A.I.R)

The plan is to get these edelbrock headers designed to work with dual cats. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/EDL-68762/

Then Ive read tons on catco direct fit cats but I match up my car specs on summit they don't have any products that fit. I need a dual cat setup that will bolt to these headers but I'm lost... hmmm Ideas?

Than I have a Cat back that someone welded up thats a 3in pipe welded to the old cat exit. If I can cut it off at the weld and clamp it to the new exhaust I will... If not then I may buy one but I'm going to college in 2 weeks so im trying to keep cost down.

Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
