Re: smog check
Make sure they come with a CARB number. Some do, some don't.

Re: smog check
Welcome to the board!
California has the strictest emission regulations in the country. If you modify your vehicle, you must buy parts that state "50-state legal" and come with a CARB (california air resource board) exemption number. If you parts are not clearly labelled as such, you will not be allowed to pass your visual inspections.

Re: smog check
Make sure they have hook ups for your air smog system. It will hook up to your existing smog system and should be fine. To be safe, call your local emissions mechanic and ask them if thats cool.

Re: smog check
i have smog legal edlebrocks on mine.
the easiest way to see if they are is to look in the description. if it says "50 state legal" your good to go.
just shop around and when you find some you might like, if it doesnt specify that theyre 50 state legal, ask the manufacturer or supplier if they have an E.O. number.
