Knock Sensor or cooling temp sending unit?
I just completed a Edlebrock TES hearder installation on my 327 TPI. I took her for a test drive and shes running wrong. (hardly accelerates) I think I broke the wire clip running into the block just under the passenger side header. what is that?
Any ideas on why she's running funny?

knock sensor is in the block fan temp is in the head watch out you don't cross the connectors around since they are the same design cant remember if white is fan and blk is knock maybe some one can chime in here ok looked in my manuel knock has a blk wire and fan has a green/white wire just not sure on the connector colors though

Easy way to tell which wire is which - turn key on, and ground them - if the fan switch wire is grounded, the fan will come on - nothing will happen if you ground the knock sensor wire.
