SLP loudmouth?

Hi guys, I just recently got a 85 iroc-z it has a carbed and cammed 350 motor in it. MY question is has anyone ran the slp loudmouth? my 96 mustang GT had it and sounded amazing. I know i could run the one slp resonator then go over the axle with tips. Anyone have videos or thoughts on it?

Re: SLP loudmouth?

Search on YouTube. I found several on there while researching the sound of a true dual lm1 setup.

Stay clear of the lm2. They neck down inside the muffler

IMO they sound raspy with just the resonator.

Re: SLP loudmouth?

They sound best on stock manifolds and definitely with cats.

Re: SLP loudmouth?

Sounds pretty good at idle and WOT

Mid range, esp highway is an annoying drone

Much better sound is using the LM1/2 catback with a powerstick welded in place of the resonator
