Cat question
after i do my 350 swap here soon i wanna put the hooker 2055's on. I have an 85 Iroc and i know they dont match up to the 85's cat so can i just go buy a cat for an 86 iroc or something and put that on my car? thanks for any replies.

The Magnaflow 93441 will slip onto the hooker 2055's y-pipe. There's also a Catco one that will work as well... don't know the part number though.

The following is a direct-fit set-up: Hooker 2055's (Jeg's 520-2055). Catco high-flow converter (Summit CTO-9118). Hooker catback (Summit HOK-16823HKR).

i already placed an order for the hooker 2055's and the flowmaster american thunder cat back kit. will the Catco still work?

well its the Flowmaster 17233 kit and on Jegs it states that it fits 86 and up cars so I think it is a slip on as well.

Remember that you're purchasing the catback to fit the cat at this point, not the car. I'd verify that it's a 3" slip before I purchased.
