Re: Camaro Headers ???'s

Just installed a set of Doug's headers on my 84 Z28.
84 Camaro Z28 LT4 305, q-jet.
Doug's Headers. 3320-R
Doug`s Y-Pipe 776-D901
The fit was not difficult once I got all the brackets out of the way from the A/C and Pwr Steering. These are shorty headers and went in pretty slick given the space in the engine compartment. Bought the Y pipe as well which was easy to bolt on with a second set of hands helping. About the only problem is the location of the Y pipe isn't exactly as stock and the hanger for the cat was off by about 6 inches. I'm still working on it and will get the pipe bent to fit. The other problem was getting the A/C Bracket to work with the headers. Found a few posts for this if you have A/C. Overall not as difficult as I would have thought.

Re: Camaro Headers ???'s

I looked at all the problems each manufactor had and addressed them all in my design.
3/8th thick flanges, 1 3/4" tubes, ball and socket collectors, easy plug access, all spark plug angles, accessory brkt. ability, AIR tubes for direct connection and the best flowing Y-pipe...single or dual cats for connecting to stock cat(s).

Each set made to your order.

If you can find something better....you know what they say.

Re: Camaro Headers ???'s

do you offer headers that have 1 5/8" or even 1 1/2" primaries for people that aren't trying to make 500hp?
