Exhaust scrapping the ground
I have a Mufflex 4 inch exhaust with a Mufflex Y-pipe and Hooker long tubes and Eibach Sportline springs.
My Y-pipe will scrape the ground with relatively small bumps in the roads and where I live they don't really take care of the roads. Does any one here have any suggestions on how I could better route my exhaust. I would really like to keep these springs my car rides good and handles great. I'm just worried damaging my exhaust so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Put the stock springs back in and maybe put some bigger rims on it lol. Worst case scenario get shorty headers and diff y-pipe for a more "driveable" car.

Re: Exhaust scrapping the ground
Have a new crossmember made that has room for the pipes to tuck up higher, and have a new y-pipe made that goes through that new section, then merges near the tailshaft. This has been done on a number of thirdgens and should allow for the entire y-pipe to sit higher than the header collectors.
For example, this is the crossmember that Justin89Formy had made for his LS swap:

That looks good dude. Every LS-swapped thirdgen I see always has the exhaust hanging way too low. Yours really sets the bar.

That looks great.
I thought of putting the factory springs back in it but I didn't think the extra inches would make much difference.
Thanks!
