Edelbrock to Hookers 2055's
Hello there
I currently have an 1989 305 with most of the bolt on's that I think I can put in my car, including 1.6RR. I also have a stock tune. Will I see a benefit in performance from swapping the headers from Edelbrock to Hookers 2055 (coated) One thing I don't like is the air tubes in the Edel., make's it a pain to keep my two rear spark plugs in good shape (passenger side, now going under the headers)
Thanks
Sac

Re: Edelbrock to Hookers 2055's
I wish i could help you with your question. I doubt it would be a seat of the pants difference. But, i have a question for you. what part number are your edelbrocks and are they longtubes? How is the fit? im looking for a set myself and not having much luck as i prefer long tubes and affordable. I bought the car to save it but i cant spend more on the headers than i did the engine or the car lol.

I don't know the part # but they are the shorties with AIR. Fitment was great that is why I went with them. If you want them let me know they might be coming of my car soon. I also have a set of headman headers with some type of coating on them if interested.
thanks
