Hello Henry79. Welcome aboard.
So you are looking for a pipe to replace the catalytic converter?
Or are you looking for a replacement converter?

A modern, monolith style catalyst isn't a significant limitation on most reasonably powered cars, it's not more restrictive than a straight-through glass-packed muffler if even that. Yes, if you're trying to force 500hp worth of exhaust through a 2.5" converter it will be a restriction, but a 2.5" muffler will be a bigger restriction.

Re: help for Catalytic Converter
Henry,
In this country, you used to be able to buy a "test tube", which was designed to bolt exactly in place of the catalytic converter. But I don't believe those are available anymore. They were sold under the guise of testing, to see if the catalytic converter had plugged or otherwise failed. But more often than not they were used to illegally replace the converter on a permanent basis.
What Mark is suggesting above is that any competent exhaust shop with a pipe bender can make you that piece of pipe and weld some flanges onto it (if applicable). And that is what I would recommend as well if you want to eliminate the converter.

If you want to remove the converter then examine the rest of the exhaust system for corrosion. If it is in good shape then cut out the converter and weld in a piece of the same diameter pipe to replace the converter. If you don’t have access to welding equipment then locate a auto repair shop that can do the work for you. The pipe is nothing special, just aluminized steel. There probably is a air injection line you will also need to disconnect as well.
if you have corrosion issues then you should look into replacing all the rusted parts. Web based companies like Summit Racing, Jets, CARiD have products you can order. They also have modern replacement converters including 3” inlet size converters that you can purchase as well. It might be more cost effective to have a local shop that can fabricate a system make one for you rather than ship something in from the US.

I think there might be a slight misunderstanding of terms. “Supress” is not the same as “delete”. In terms everyone here would understand your want to REMOVE the converter.
