A.I.R. Tube alternate

A good 2' section of my A.I.R. tube literally snapped off (from age & rust). Assuming this gets quite hot when the pump runs, is there an alternate material I can use to replace this lost section? (i.e.: radiator hose, high pressure hose, etc.). ADding an image. Any comments? Anyone know the temp? Thx!

I don't have an answer for you, but I think you're concern with heat is valid. HAS to be hot! What about some kind of brake line and AN type fitting?
