Never at high RPM's, but mostly at low RPMs, sometimes when im turning, but I think the y-pipe is rattling against the oil pan. It sounds like a grinding noise. Has anyone else had this and suspected the y-pipe? IT is close to the oil pan.

I am pretty sure this noise started when I installed the headers and y-pipe, but it was a while ago so I dont remember exactly.

 

Get some Thermo-Tec header wrap and wrap the y-pipe under the oil pan, it will stop the noise and it will help keep the oil temperature lower.
