I used 3/4" rod ends with a step down spacer to 1/2". You will need to enlarge the mounting holes a tiny bit to get a 1/2" bolt through, or you could just hammer the snot out of them. 1/2 is very close to stock just a tad bigger.

I used 3/4" fine x 5/8" 4130 Aurora rod ends with a spacer neck it down to 1/2"

As for tubing I used 1 1/4" x .095 4130 tubing.

I had to slightly drill out the mounting holes too.

Many aftermarket manufacturers, like Spohn, make them. I made some homebuilt ones that were posted a couple weeks ago in the suspension forum. They are very popular, moreso with the drag crowd that the street crowd.

Randy, I'll try and get up a couple of pictures this weekend. In this link to another thread you can see a few people who have built them this way.
