My new dash

Here is a the dash I made I fiberglassed over the top of the old cracked dash and got it all smoothed out, then painted it with some wrinkle paint. I made the a new gauge cluster out of aluminum and put in new autometer phantom guages. The switch panel is from painless wiring. Anyone that is wondering this car is not street legal just my racecar.

Re: My new dash

Does the shiny aluminum plate, cause any glare? I like it, but I'd paint that aluminum panel black too. Black crinkle paint also maybe?

The switch pannel comes pre fabbed and pre-wired Its from painless wiring I would still be wiring if it wasnt for that, but I got it all wired in one day.

Re: My new dash

how hard was it to fiberglass the cracked dash and did you have any problems fitting it back in the car?
