BIG QUESTION!!

Ok i saw a thirdgen in a mag and it has 4th gen middle console and door panels. Would it be wrong to copy his ideas and do the same thing? I'm not sure. It's kind of iffy.

Re: BIG QUESTION!!

A lot of people put fourth gen stuff in third gens. I'm sure he's not the first to swap the center console and door panels and you wouldn't be the last. If you search on here you can find some threads about swapping the door panels and the console. IIRC the console is pretty simple, but the door panel can be a pain.

Re: BIG QUESTION!!

the 4th gen center console is a popular mod, check out the interior section, I don't know about the door panels, they're probably also a popular mod.

Re: BIG QUESTION!!

If you don't want people to "steal" your ideas, don't brag and/or show them off, because there is bound to be someone that will do it. And just think if you do create a thought in other peoples mind about crossing the 3rd gen and 4th gen boundary then think of yourself as intuitive and that your ideas are worth while :-p. Think of it as people complimenting you instead of stealing your copyright!
