running new fuel lines

running new fuel lines

i already sumped my factory tank
waiting for parts to show up
-8 line to a mechanical pump -6 from the pump to the carb

second fuel system for n2o
-6 line to summit pump to fuel solonoid

my question is anyone have pics as to how the lines were run?

try to fallow the stock routing as much as possible, keep from all moving parts and exhaust...ive done it with -10 and the only way to do it...get under the car and do it...

I pretty much put it where the stock lines were. Just instead of going over the trans, I brought it up the driver side.

I suppose the newer ones route my way, never seen one. I just got it to my fuel pressure reg by the wiper motor:

i ran em down the passenger side
both fuel systems
if i like em like that ill mount the lines with the hold downs today

TPI 383 wow! frigin amazing! great job... sumone paid alot of money for that

wat about running new fuel and brake lines up over the trans straight in the center of the tunnel from the rear of the tank? sumhow get around the Ebrake thats in the trans tunnel. there is room above it for that. would get the lines away from the exhaust heat, and ground debre... as well as the street salt and water and would never probably rust?? totally hidden as well. just a suggestion. gona be doin that for my 383 HSR engine swap

I would be more worried about a broken drive shaft making a firey mess if the lines were in the tunnel area. Specially with a big pump pushing it.
