where did you get that hood? I like it better than all the ones i see like this because it has the back cowl part extend towards the windshield.

Re: lets see some pics of your custom mods and/or fabrication
89' = 89 feet.
'89 = 1989.
I was just using a little bit of sarcasm, since you incorrectly abbreviated 1989. It's just a pet peeve of mine, since I see it all over this forum. None of it was about the emblems.

As for the emblems they are a perfect fit to replace stock emblems.

Thanks Bro! Just giving my TA my own look. But keeping original hood and rims if I want to go back to the original look. Can wait to get her painted for next summer. Cheers...

Re: lets see some pics of your custom mods and/or fabrication
Well the camaro i posted a while back i got rid of got a new one with a ton of mods so far and more to come
My solution to hatch lighting

Speaker kick panel for pass side

4th gen dash/seats/console and gta panels

Smoothed sideskirts I did the rear bumper as well looks the same as my old one

Comp/temp mirror

Custom panhard bar and mudflaps

Wire tuck

Ive also shaved the firewall and gas cap. Working on engine bay led lighting. Converted to a manual. I do believe thats it so far

almost plug-and-play autometer gauge setup for my TA, all fits in the stock gauge pod and plugs into the factory connectors/harness. Just 3 extra wires for the water and oil temp gauges

widened interior panels, just one pic, its all pretty much done took a looong time.

offset control arms by Spohn, still holding strong, they didnt break!

a little bit of a mini-tub

theres more, but i dont have pics.

Just finished touching up the 521 BBF engine bay. Added some aluminum paneling and carbon fiber 3M din-noc wrap to the engine and interior to make it look great!

Re: lets see some pics of your custom mods and/or fabrication
Since I've seen a few posts on this thread that weren't first gens below and at the link is my '67 Firebird I've been rebuilding for the past 3.5 years. Fabrication includes:
- replaced or rebuilt nearly the entire car.
- mini tubbed front & rear (front wheels will be 18x9.5 and has full steering/ suspension travel. Rear wheels will be 18x12 and have full clearance
- DSE suspension front & rear
- slightly flared rear qtr panels (to match the '69 T/A spoiler)
- recessed tail panel
- functional vents for front & rear brakes (not completed yet)
- recessed & smoothed firewall
- recessed engine/ custom mounts
- redesigned trans tunnel with exhaust relief
- custom designed & built roll cage (17 points of contact with body)
- home built hoop supports
- hand built subframe connectors
- flush mount front & rear bumpers (rear was widened to fit the car)
- enlarged wheel openings
- recessed trunk mount battery box
- trunk floor fuel pump access door
All garage built, too.

The full build to date can be seen here. Hundreds of details not covered in this post, either..

It looks like the late 3rd gen bumper that retains the look of a trans am but has the opening for kitt's scanner lol. In any case your car looks awesome.
